The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced that it now allows the recruitment of ten new household professions through the Musaned platform.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the new professions available for recruitment are: Personal Care Worker, House Guard, Private Tutor, Household Tailor, House Manager, Household Farmer, Household Coffee Maker, Household Waiter, Household Butler, Speech and Hearing Specialist, Personal Assistant, Support Worker, and Private Driver.
The ministry stated that this initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to develop the domestic labor sector in the Kingdom by providing integrated innovative technical and electronic services. These efforts aim to improve the quality of recruitment, protect rights, and organize the contractual relationship between all concerned parties, ensuring the highest levels of oversight.
The ministry highlighted that the Musaned platform plays a crucial role in organizing and automating the recruitment process comprehensively. The platform offers a complete recruitment journey, enabling clients to browse all recruitment offices in the Kingdom and choose the most suitable one based on various criteria, such as nationality, professions, prices, and previous customer reviews, without the need to visit the office.
